Meet Irena!

Hi, I’m Irena Brylkin, and I’ve been a real estate agent in Florida since 2017. I’m proud to be part of Coldwell Banker Realty, where I’ve worked for more than seven years, primarily serving clients in Broward County and throughout South Florida. During this time, I’ve helped many clients buy, sell, and rent homes, with a special focus on rentals — an area I truly enjoy.

Before moving into real estate, I graduated as a Chemical Engineer in Venezuela and worked for over 15 years in the petrochemical industry. I’m fluent in Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients. 

After spending a little over a year living in Australia, I’m now back and very excited to continue doing what I love most — helping people find the right home. My clients know me for being responsible, honest, and dedicated, and I’m proud to say I’ve never received a single complaint. I treat every client as if they were part of my own family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, traveling, and learning about different cultures. I’m also passionate about reading and love volunteering at my church.
